Responsibilities:
Social Media Manage the content of Caron's social media channels to drive engagement and promote Caron's position as a National Thought Leader.
Manage and collaborate with external social media partner.
Develop and support a strategy that engages and optimizes the use of appropriate social media influencers.
End-to-end management of internal social media workflow Collaborate with other members of the Marketing and Communications and Public Relations teams to develop and optimize content that can be used on all channels.
Create and curate appropriate content for social channels including video, photos, graphics, events, etc.
Provide logistic and promotional support for Caron events as needed Manage reporting that optimizes ROI and provides strategic insights.
Back-up, support and work collaboratively with the Corporate Director of Communications and Public Relations as well as other members of the Marketing team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
At least 3-5 years' proven social media experience with successful engagement on multiple channels At least 2 years' agency experience Proven project management experience If in recovery, 1-year continued sobriety preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills, with a focus on social content Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to negotiate customer's expectations to timelines and budgets Good communications and interpersonal skills required (both written and verbal) PC compatible knowledge of the following programs:
Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel Sprout Social experience Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and WeVideo experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
